Your Role at impact.com:
We are growing our sales organisation to accommodate the increasing demand for our solution. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic sales person to own one of our top territories in the UK & Ireland. You will have the opportunity to grow rapidly and gain exposure to new marketing technologies as we progress! As an Account Executive, Commercial, you will be responsible for driving the sales process with prospective customers. Strong consultative and analytical skills are important for successful navigation from solution demo, the definition of the scope and final contract. Be the face and name of impact.com to some of the most well-known brands worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Sell the product to the appropriate accounts and manage towards hitting a preset revenue target.
- Generate pipeline by proactively sourcing opportunities within the designated territory.
- Prepare & deliver world-class demos and value-based presentations.
- Answer prospects’ questions about product value, uses, integrations, and implementation.
- Pro-actively drive the process with a prospective client from initial prospecting to a signed contract and internal handoff.
- Drive active engagement by all internal and external stakeholders necessary to close a deal.
- Update SFDC daily with all relevant details needed to reflect business reality.
Does this sound like you:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
- Ideally 5+ years of closing experience, within SaaS.
- Must be a true hunter!
- Trained in MEDDPICC and value-based selling.
- Proven track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of the company)
- Must be willing to work out of the London office 2x a week, at the minimum
- Independent person with the desire to excel in a competitive and highly rewarding industry.
- Strong communication, effective problem-solving, networking and presentation skills.

As a Solutions Consultant based in London, you will be the bridge between complex technology and business value, partnering with our Enterprise AE team to drive revenue across the region. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, using your technical expertise and curiosity to uncover client challenges and design bespoke solution plans that inspire confidence in our platform. What You'll Do:
- Lead technical sales activities by creating and delivering high-impact platform demonstrations, scoping technical solutions, and facilitating working sessions that inspire prospect confidence.
- Conduct deep discovery sessions to document customer technical requirements and positive business outcomes, ensuring our technology aligns perfectly with their strategic goals.
- Design and document solution plans and technical integrations that provide a seamless transition to our onboarding and Customer Success teams for long-term partner health.
- Draft technical RFP responses and manage security questionnaires, ensuring all technical inquiries are handled with precision and speed during the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with Product teams to share industry feedback and customer requests, helping to articulate our product vision and stay at the forefront of innovation.
- Create reusable technical content and assets for pipeline generation campaigns that can be leveraged across the broader global sales and solutions organization.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years working in a customer facing role at a digital marketing or technology company.
- Familiarity of affiliate and/or digital marketing industry preferred
- Proven performance in a pre-sales support role selling a SaaS solution through demonstrations, drafting RFP responses, and onboarding sales executives
- Continuous learner looking to be challenged with new product capabilities and customer use cases
- Experience within the marketing technology (MarTech) ecosystem required

Your Role at impact.com:
As the Customer Success Director, you will be one of the most senior members of the Customer Success team, retaining and growing one of impact.com’s newest and largest customers. You will lead all aspects of customer delivery, including the development of strategic, goal-driven account plans and processes to launch and grow this brand’s new-to-market partnerships program.
You will manage a team dedicated to the delivery of industry-leading customer service, as well as leading strategic delivery, overseeing day-to-day service and acting as a senior point of escalation. You will also develop senior level relationships at one of the world’s most prominent brands, ensuring impact.com is deeply embedded within their business and set-up to deliver on ambitious expansion plans across Europe and the rest of the world.
The Customer Success Director will also work closely with our Solutions team to develop a world-class technical implementation that will be the foundation for one of the largest partnership programs in Europe.
What You'll Do:
- Own the day-to-day service delivery and customer relationship for one of Europe’s most exciting brands
- Manage a dynamic team of Customer Success Managers to drive strategic growth for one of the company’s largest clients
- Project manage stakeholders from the Sales, Product and Solutions teams to ensure a world-class technical set-up fit to deliver a high-growth partnerships program able to work across multiple partner types and accurately measure incremental sales
- Drive partnership strategy, including growth, optimisation, new partnership opportunities and platform adoption
- Lead business reviews with senior stakeholders from the client and impact.com
- Own strategic client delivery, including building and executing account plans to take this brand to next-level performance
- Launch and manage partnerships for one of Europe’s most exciting brands into new European markets

What You Bring:
- 6+ years of experience in an advertiser services role in partner marketing
- 2+ years of experience working on partner marketing in the mobile telecoms space, either at a brand or supplier working with a telecoms brand
- Strong relationship-building skills with a demonstrated ability to win trust and align diverse stakeholders toward shared business goals.
- Technical fluency with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, alongside the ability to master the impact.com platform quickly.
