Your Role at impact.com:

As a Customer Success Director (CSD) at impact.com, you will play a key individual contributor role in managing enterprise-level client relationships to promote retention and growth. You will develop strategic, goal-driven account plans and processes to ensure productive partnerships with our top clients.  Capitalizing on our software suite, you’ll build stronger & more successful marketing campaigns for your portfolio of brands. Your Role at impact.com:

As a Senior Onboarding Manager you will oversee clients through account set up and integration. The position is responsible for managing the overall onboarding experience and guiding both internal resources and the client through implementation, account configuration, training, and early activation, ensuring each milestone is successfully completed on time. A Senior  Onboarding Manager is a strong individual contributor and champion for providing the client with a tailored, professional and exciting experience to meet their goals and needs, delivering a happy customer to the success team! 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Responsible for a portfolio of new accounts including launching, following a defined onboarding process, and ensuring metrics are accurate across all clients. Onboarding Managers should always know the current status of an account in their book of business.
  • The Senior Onboarding Manager is responsible for building a relationship with the client that results in a delighted customer and allows for a smooth transition to success. This person is focused on customer experience, timely launch against billing start date, program success, and partnership growth.
  • Listen to all client goals and requirements, rapidly understand the nuances of their business, and ensure their setup and initial partnership strategies are tailored to meet these.
  • Ensure all required stakeholders are included in discussions necessary to ensure respective setup items are agreed upon and confirmed.
  • Continuously drive projects forward and ensure any blockers are surfaced and triaged immediately to keep project timelines on track.
  • Any delays or risks to the project timeline are communicated and adjusted accordingly.
  • Track activity and update client records in various tools including SFDC, Operator, Jira and other software we may be using.
  • Provide direct support including training via email, Zoom, chat and in-app tools to users throughout the onboarding phase (sales handoff through time to first value)
  • Act as the client champion during Onboarding and proactively project manage both internal and external teams to client launch
  • Ensure critical client account and business information is captured and documented to ensure a smooth transition to Success
  • Other Duties:
    • Review, improve and provide feedback on the help documentation and process
    • Continually enhance your knowledge of technical setups and technology
    • Check that each client has a complete "final review" before going live
    • Use reports to proactively reach out to clients in onboarding
    • Escalate issues to managers as needed
    • Share best practices

What You Bring:

  • Experience launching and/or managing accounts in the affiliate marketing industry, creator industry, or digital marketing is not required but is strongly preferred
  • 3-5+ years experience working as a Project Manager or related work (client-facing experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of working with Enterprise brands 
  • Experience working with Project Management software (JIRA, Asana or similar)

The Onboarding Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding experience for new & existing customers. We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Associate Project Manager to support the execution, optimization, and daily operations of our commercial-facing teams. This role is pivotal in driving customer growth through cross-functional collaboration, performance tracking, and process improvements. Your Role at impact.com:

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level, strategic, and confidential support to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This is not a traditional scheduling role — it’s a critical business partnership with an executive leading functions central to our company’s success: delivering an outstanding experience while building a high-performance, engaged global workforce.

You will anticipate needs before they arise, protect and optimize the executives’ time, and ensure they can focus on their most strategic priorities. You will also be a key connector between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders, operating with diplomacy, judgment, and absolute discretion.

In this role, you will combine operational excellence, business acumen, and emotional intelligence to create impact at the highest levels of the organization.

What You'll Do:

Executive & Operational Support

  • Manage complex calendar for C-Suite executive, proactively resolving conflicts and ensuring optimal prioritization of time.
  • Coordinate and prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up actions for leadership, board, customer, and cross-functional meetings.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound requests, ensuring executives’ focus remains on high-value initiatives.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and executive summaries with a high degree of polish and clarity.

RevOps Integration:

  • Act as a bridge between the CRO and the RevOps team.
  • You will help track the status of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Assist in prepping materials for Weekly Forecast Calls, and ensure Sales alignment meetings are productive.

Meeting & Event Coordination

  • Beyond just "booking the room," you will help set agendas, capture action items in RevOps-focused project tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, or Jira), and follow up on deliverables to ensure the CRO's directives are executed.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute global travel itineraries, ensuring seamless logistics across multiple time zones.
  • Organize leadership off-sites, customer advisory boards, and company-wide events, including vendor management and budget oversight.
  • Capture meeting minutes, track deliverables, and follow up to ensure commitments are met.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted liaison for internal and external contacts, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to facilitate information flow and collaboration.
  • Represent the CRO with tact, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity in a global environment.

Process & Project Support

  • Partner with Chiefs of Staff, other EAs, and business operations teams to streamline executive workflows.
  • Maintain department documents, dashboards, and reporting trackers.
  • Support special projects, including organizational initiatives, customer programs, and people experience projects.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite leaders, ideally in a global technology or high-growth company.
  • RevOps Literacy: Familiarity with the "Lead-to-Revenue" lifecycle. You should know your way around a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and understand basic revenue terminology (ARR, Churn, Net Retention, Pipeline).
  • Track record of managing multiple executives and complex calendars across time zones.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite, plus collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Trello, or Asana.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to operate autonomously.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting both customer-facing and HR/People functions.
  • Event planning and project management experience.
  • Familiarity with global business cultures and practices

Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.

Your Role at impact.com:

The Vice President of Global Pre-Sales will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling a world-class, outcome-driven Pre-Sales organization as a strategic extension of Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market (GTM). This high-impact, hands-on executive leadership role drives bookings, influences deal strategy, and ensures that every customer interaction is credible, efficient, and deeply value-focused. The VP will position the team not merely as demo experts, but as strategic advisors and business value consultants across global segments (SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise).

What you'll do:

Leadership & Organizational Strategy

  • Define and execute the global Pre-Sales vision and strategy, ensuring tight alignment with overall revenue and GTM goals.
  • Own and lead the worldwide organization, including Solutions Architects, Solutions Consultants, Sales Engineers, and the Business Value/Value Engineering team.
  • Build, develop, and scale a high-performing global team, establishing clear roles, career paths, and continuous enablement programs.
  • Foster a customer-first, consultative, and accountable culture that prioritizes measurable business outcomes.

Revenue & Deal Execution

  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Revenue Leadership, with shared accountability for driving bookings outcomes, accelerating sales cycles, and improving win rates.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor and escalation point for strategic, complex, and enterprise opportunities.
  • Oversee all aspects of the solutioning motion, including technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, solution design, and ROI storytelling.
  • Develop clear Pre-Sales coverage models by segment and deal complexity to ensure scalable support for both new business and expansion motions.

Business Value & Value Engineering

  • Establish and scale the Value Engineering function to articulate the quantifiable business value of adopting the platform.
  • Drive best-in-class practices for building business cases, quantifying Return on Investment (ROI), Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and creating frameworks that clearly translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Alignment & Enablement

  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to ensure strong product narratives, use-case alignment, and clear messaging for different buyer personas.
  • Act as the "voice of the customer" to Product and Engineering, providing structured feedback to influence the roadmap and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to ensure smooth handoffs from sale to implementation, adoption, and long-term value realization (pre- and post-sales 'pod' environments).
  • Drive enablement across the GTM organization, improving how demos are run and ensuring sellers understand how to position value, not just features.

What You Bring:

Experience

  • Proven leadership experience (8+ years) in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or a similar GTM 
  • role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years in a senior leadership role overseeing global or multi-regional Pre-Sales teams.
  • Demonstrated experience building, scaling, and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Strong track record of influencing and supporting multi-million-dollar enterprise sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of command of the message and the MEDDICC/MEDDPICC framework

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence C-level and VP-level stakeholders across customer and internal organizations.
  • Deep understanding of value-based selling, business case development, and ROI articulation.
  • Ability to operate effectively as both a strategist and a hands-on builder.
  • Data-driven and operationally minded, with experience defining and tracking Pre-Sales KPIs (e.g., win rate, team utilization, sales cycle impact).
  • Strong partnership mindset and proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Comfort working in a lean, dynamic organization and the ability to scale thoughtfully while creating organizational leverage.

Salary Range: Salary in the range of $250,000 with a variable in the range of $125,000
