Your Role at impact.com:
As a Customer Success Director (CSD) at impact.com, you will play a key individual contributor role in managing enterprise-level client relationships to promote retention and growth. You will develop strategic, goal-driven account plans and processes to ensure productive partnerships with our top clients. Nice to have:

Your Role at impact.com:
The Onboarding Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding experience for new & existing customers. This role ensures clients successfully launch their programs by guiding them through the kickoff, integration, and ramp phases while ensuring efficient delivery aligned with scalable onboarding processes.
The focus is not only launching programs but also on enabling customers to reach initial value quickly and efficiently.

Your Role at impact.com:
We are seeking a Sales Incentive Compensation Manager to join the Revenue Operations organization and lead the design and optimization of sales compensation programs. This role is responsible for developing compensation plans that align seller behavior with company objectives, evaluating plan effectiveness through data and analytics, and managing compensation policy interpretation and exception handling.
This is not a payroll or commission-calculation role. Instead, the position focuses on compensation strategy, performance analysis, stakeholder alignment, and adjudication of complex compensation scenarios.
The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills to ensure compensation programs are equitable, scalable, motivating, and aligned with revenue goals.
What You'll Do:
Compensation Plan and Quota Design
- Design and maintain sales incentive compensation plans across sales, customer success, channel, and other go-to-market functions.
- Partner with Revenue Operations, FP&A, HR, Finance Incentive Compensation and GTM Leadership to translate business priorities into effective compensation structures.
- Define measures, accelerators, thresholds, and payout mechanics aligned to company objectives.
- Document compensation plans, policies, and governance processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Ensure plan mechanics are supportable with available systems, data, and processes.
- Analyze and recommend quotas.
- Assign quotas to new hires while tracking total effective capacity.
- Support annual compensation planning cycles and in-year plan adjustments.
Compensation Analytics & Optimization
- Analyze plan performance and seller behavior to determine whether compensation programs are driving intended outcomes.
- Develop reporting and dashboards to measure plan effectiveness, attainment distributions, cost of sales, and incentive ROI.
- Identify compensation trends, risks, unintended consequences, and opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct modeling and scenario analysis to support compensation strategy decisions.
- Provide recommendations to leadership based on data-driven insights.
- Serve as the primary Revenue Operations point of contact in the resolution of complex compensation disputes, exceptions, and ambiguous scenarios in partnership with leadership in RevOps, Sales, CS, Finance Incentive Compensation, FP&A, and HR.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate closely with Incentive Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and Business Systems teams.
- Partner with RevOps, GTM functions, Finance Incentive Compensation, and Payroll teams to ensure compensation plans can be operationalized effectively.
- Support communication and enablement efforts related to compensation plans and policy changes.
- Participate in strategic initiatives involving territory design, quota planning, GTM restructuring, and organizational scaling.

- 5+ years of experience in Sales Incentive Compensation

We’re hiring a Community & Partner Engagement Manager to build and operate our global community engagement system across brands, affiliates, and creators, while supporting the activation and engagement of our affiliate and referral partners.
This role sits within the Performance Partnerships & Community Marketing team and is responsible for driving meaningful engagement across external communities, supporting affiliate partner activation, and building the systems that ensure community and partner signals are captured, structured, and routed to the right internal teams.
You will act as a key connector between impact.com, its customers, and its partners—helping surface insights, foster advocacy, and ensure feedback from both communities and partners translates into action across Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Performance teams.
This role will own and grow a global community and partner ecosystem—driving engagement, supporting affiliate activation, and turning external signals into actionable insights that support growth across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
What You'll Do:
Community engagement & operations
- Own day-to-day engagement across external community platforms (e.g. Reddit, Discord, Slack groups, review sites)
- Actively participate in conversations to maintain brand presence, respond to questions, and support discussions
- Build and manage workflows to triage, categorize, and route community feedback and signals to the appropriate internal teams
- Maintain a structured system for capturing and organizing inbound community input across channels
- Leverage lightweight automation and AI tools where appropriate to improve efficiency in tagging, monitoring, and routing
Affiliate & partner engagement support

- Proven experience building or actively managing online communities and driving consistent engagement (e.g. Reddit, Discord, Slack, forums, or similar external channels
- Hands-on experience supporting affiliate, referral, ambassador, or creator programs, including onboarding, partner activation, and ongoing engagement
- Strong ability to manage external relationships at scale across customers, partners, creators, and affiliates
- Experience working within structured programs that require coordination, tracking, and operational discipline (e.g. partner programs, lifecycle programs, or growth initiatives)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a range of audiences, from individual contributors to senior marketing leaders

You will have the opportunity to grow rapidly and gain exposure to new marketing technologies as we progress. As an Account Executive, SMB, you will be responsible for driving the sales process with prospective customers. Strong consultative and analytical skills are important for successful navigation from solution demo, the definition of the scope and final contract. - Sell the product to the appropriate accounts and manage towards hitting a pre-set revenue target
- Generate pipeline by proactively sourcing opportunities within the designated territory
- Prepare & deliver world-class demos and value-based presentations

Your Role at impact.com:
The Vice President of Global Pre-Sales will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling a world-class, outcome-driven Pre-Sales organization as a strategic extension of Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market (GTM). This high-impact, hands-on executive leadership role drives bookings, influences deal strategy, and ensures that every customer interaction is credible, efficient, and deeply value-focused. The VP will position the team not merely as demo experts, but as strategic advisors and business value consultants across global segments (SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise).
What you'll do:
Leadership & Organizational Strategy
- Define and execute the global Pre-Sales vision and strategy, ensuring tight alignment with overall revenue and GTM goals.
- Own and lead the worldwide organization, including Solutions Architects, Solutions Consultants, Sales Engineers, and the Business Value/Value Engineering team.
- Build, develop, and scale a high-performing global team, establishing clear roles, career paths, and continuous enablement programs.
- Foster a customer-first, consultative, and accountable culture that prioritizes measurable business outcomes.
Revenue & Deal Execution
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Revenue Leadership, with shared accountability for driving bookings outcomes, accelerating sales cycles, and improving win rates.
- Serve as an executive sponsor and escalation point for strategic, complex, and enterprise opportunities.
- Oversee all aspects of the solutioning motion, including technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, solution design, and ROI storytelling.
- Develop clear Pre-Sales coverage models by segment and deal complexity to ensure scalable support for both new business and expansion motions.
Business Value & Value Engineering
- Establish and scale the Value Engineering function to articulate the quantifiable business value of adopting the platform.
- Drive best-in-class practices for building business cases, quantifying Return on Investment (ROI), Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and creating frameworks that clearly translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Enablement
- Partner closely with Product Marketing to ensure strong product narratives, use-case alignment, and clear messaging for different buyer personas.
- Act as the "voice of the customer" to Product and Engineering, providing structured feedback to influence the roadmap and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to ensure smooth handoffs from sale to implementation, adoption, and long-term value realization (pre- and post-sales 'pod' environments).
- Drive enablement across the GTM organization, improving how demos are run and ensuring sellers understand how to position value, not just features.
What You Bring:
Experience
- Proven leadership experience (8+ years) in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or a similar GTM
- role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Minimum of 5-7 years in a senior leadership role overseeing global or multi-regional Pre-Sales teams.
- Demonstrated experience building, scaling, and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Strong track record of influencing and supporting multi-million-dollar enterprise sales cycles.
- Deep understanding of command of the message and the MEDDICC/MEDDPICC framework
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence C-level and VP-level stakeholders across customer and internal organizations.
- Deep understanding of value-based selling, business case development, and ROI articulation.
- Ability to operate effectively as both a strategist and a hands-on builder.
- Data-driven and operationally minded, with experience defining and tracking Pre-Sales KPIs (e.g., win rate, team utilization, sales cycle impact).
- Strong partnership mindset and proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Comfort working in a lean, dynamic organization and the ability to scale thoughtfully while creating organizational leverage.
Salary Range: Salary in the range of $250,000 with a variable in the range of $125,000

As a QA Analyst on the Contracts team, you will be responsible for understanding, testing and approving quality features through developing and executing comprehensive test plans. You will be working on experiences that help our customers achieve the best results on our platform. What You'll Do:
- Dive into quality assurance checks during internal development, ensuring only top-notch code makes it to our QA team's test environments and then production.
- Collaborate with engineers and PMs to clarify requirements, identify edge cases, and ensure clear acceptance criteria.
- Craft structured test scenarios and scripts that reflect business and technical priorities, getting them approved by key stakeholders.
- Create and execute tests, meticulously recording your findings.
- Participate in bug triage and release readiness reviews, providing clear, actionable feedback to ensure confident deployments.
- Uncover, document, and track bugs with a keen eye for detail, working with developers to see them through to resolution.
- Prepare and maintain essential test plan documentation, including test cases, activity schedules, and progress reports.
- Collaborate closely with each line of business on test planning, execution, and results analysis.

What You Bring:
